The 10th edition of the longest-running photo art festival in the Baltic countries, KAUNAS PHOTO festival, in 2013 will obviously focus on the motive of celebration...

The central exhibition on the subject of celebration, partying after-party, most different ways of festivity will open on April 11, 2013 at the most important venue for contemporary art in Kaunas, M.Zilinskas Art Gallery of the National M.K.Ciurlionis Art Museum. 

We have already selected some portfolios, but in order to make the exhibition exceptional, we are calling for works on the theme of celebration. Photographers from all over the globe are free to propose their series of documentary or conceptual works.

KAUNAS PHOTO festival will be out in Brussels, being part of FOTOFEVER Brussels, the first European photography art fair that settles in Brussels from 4 to 7 October 2012 and invites 60 galleries from the whole of Europe to present the best of contemporary photographic and video creation. The fair will take place at the Tour & Taxis complex. The press visit will be held from noon of October 3.

Beauvais miesto Nacionalinėje kilimų galerijoje festivalio "Les Photaumnales" programoje - Lietuviška paroda. KAUNAS PHOTO ir prancūzų partnerių bendradarbiavimo rezultatas - paroda "LT: tauta, tradicijos, tendencijos", kuriuoje rodomi Antano Sutkaus, Vytauto Stanionio, Vytauto V. Stanionio, Klaudijaus Driskiaus, Vito Luckaus, Donato Stankevičaus ir Mindaugo Ažušilio darbai. Parodos kuratorius Mindaugas Kavaliauskas. Paroda veiks iki lapkričio 4 d.
